Ban on lobbyist gifts passes Missouri House committee

( KTRS ) A proposed ban on lobbyist gifts to lawmakers and public officials has won approval from a House panel. Current law allows lobbyists to give unlimited gifts to legislators and other officials. Republican Rep.
