ST. LOUIS (KTRS) – The world’s largest car rental company keeps growing. Enterprise Rent-A-Car announced Wednesday that they are purchasing New York-based All Car Rent-A-Car and Carpingo, a ride sharing service out of Brooklyn.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Enterprise announced that it plans to close all eight of All Car’s branch locations as well as merging the Carpingo brand with its own Enterprise CarShare service

Earlier this year, Enterprise announced a deal to acquire Triangle Rent-A-Car out of North Carolina. The privately-held Enterprise Holdings is based out of Clayton, Mo. and took in nearly $18 billion in revenue last year alone.
