This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. Any action you, any third party or KTRS bring to enforce these Terms and Conditions or, in connection with, any matters related to this site shall be brought only in either the state or Federal Courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.

This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from KTRS if in KTRS' sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Bulletin Boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to Materials downloaded from the Bulletin Boards and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement shall survive.

OTHER

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
