MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) – Wesley Iwundu scored 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists, and Kansas State used a dominant second half to top Saint Louis 75-47 and complete nonconference play with a 10-2 record.
Kamau Stokes finished with 11 points and Justin Edwards 10 to go along with 6 rebounds. Seven players finished with 7 points or more. Iwundu converted on a tough drive to the basket coming out of a timeout with 7:24 left in the game. On their next drive down, Edwards found D.J. Johnson open for an easy bucket to give Kansas State a 54-40 lead.
Saint Louis managed just five points in the next four minutes as the Wildcats broke out to a 21-point advantage.
St. Louis was led by Milik Yarbrough with 12 points and Ash Yacoubou with 10 points.
