Man faces charges for leaving twin daughter in his car.

ARNOLD, MO (KTRS) — Arnold police have named the man charged with child endangerment today in municipal court. Police say 29 year old Erdenesuren Munkhdavaa of Imperial allegedly left his twin 9-month-old daughters in a car, unattended, outside the Goodwill store at Richardson Square Monday morning about 11 o’clock. The babies had been in the car alone about 10 minutes by the time police arrived. The car was unlocked and running with the air-conditioning on. Munkhdavaa was booked and released and state social-services officials were contacted. The children are in the custody of their grandmother.
