Express Scripts will add over 1,000 jobs to the St. Louis area over the next five years.
Governor Jay Nixon made the announcement today. He says the medication management giant is expanding its campus and will create around 1,500 new jobs. Express Scripts managed over 1.4 billion prescriptions last year.
The expansion is being paid for with nearly $7 million in bonds.
ST. LOUIS (AP) - Investigative documents claim a former suspect in the 1990 shooting death of a Chillicothe farm wife told a California man with whom he was embroiled in a business dispute that "he got away with murder and was not scared to do it again."
Newly released investigative records show Brandon Hagan conveyed that threat in a verbal conversation with businessman Sam Gabrielle. Hagan was initially suspected in the Chillicothe killing but insisted he was elsewhere at the time.
Phone messages left with Hagan by The Associated Press Tuesday were not immediately returned.
The records stem from an investigation by Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox, who reopened the case after an Associated Press investigation raised questions about the conviction of Mark Woodworth, the victim's neighbor.
City and state officials are inviting the public to comment on a proposed ban on sagging pants.
A forum will be held tonight to discuss city bill 117. There was a meeting last week.
Tuesday night's forum will get underway at 6 PM at Long Middle School on Morganford.
