Missouri may have said no to Obamacare, but the state has said yes to jobs the healthcare initiative will bring to the region.

Some 600 new positions will be filled by Serco Inc., a company that is designed to process applications submitted under the Affordable Care Act.  The Virginia based company will lease the US Fedelis building in Wentzville and will train employees during September and October.

They expect to begin operations on November 1.
