Jennings woman shot and killed identified
A Jennings woman shot and killed in a North County home has been identified. St. Louis County police say 22 year old Patricia Singleton was found dead from a single gunshot wound inside a home off Chambers Rd, near Halls Ferry.
County police say just before midnight evidence indicates and witnesses say several shots were fired into the home from outside near the driveway. No motive nor suspects have been identified.

UPDATE: The identity of a woman shot and killed overnight in Jennings has been released.
Police say 32-year-old Antoinetta Davis was found dead from a gunshot wound. A suspect is in custody after six children inside the home ran to police for help just before 2:00am Monday.
According to police, officers responded to a home in the 7000 block of Florence Pl. around 1:55 a.m. after the victim’s children reported their mother had been injured.
Police said when they arrived, officers found Davis dead from a gunshot wound.
Authorities said the six children, all preteens, were inside the home when the shooting happened.
A 40-year-old suspect, an ex-boyfriend of the victim and father of some of the children, turned himself into Justice Services in Clayton around 5 a.m.
It is unknown if the children witnessed the murder, but police say some of them found the body.
Authorities said more information would be released as the investigation continues.
UPDATE: Charges filed against man in Jennings stabbing death
Calvin Campbell, 32, was charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection to the case.

A Jennings man is in custody after allegedly stabbing his girlfriend to death in front of her children.
It happened about 10:00 Tuesday night. It happened inside an apartment in the 9400 block of Dawn Court.
Police say the victim's two children witnessed the attack and then ran to a neighbor for help.
The names of the victim and suspect have not yet been released.
St. Louis County homicide detectives are assisting Jennings Police in the investigation.
