The former massage therapist who videotaped clients while they undressed, will spend nearly a decade behind bars.
Kirk Jackson faced 56 years in prison after pleading guilty to 14 charges of invasion of privacy. The judge sentenced him to four years on the first two charges and issued a suspended sentence on the remaining 12 charges. That means if he violates parole after release, he faces 48 years in prison.
Authorities uncovered Kirk Jackson's hidden videotaping operation at Atlas Massage Therapy after a tip from a victim. A search of Jackson's office uncovered 140 videos of women in the restroom, tanning beds, and massage rooms.

Jeremy Bates initially faced a felony charge of invasion of privacy, but under a plea deal, that charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. Bates will serve two years probation and must undergo a sex offender evaluation, counseling, and refrain from contact with the victim.
The incident occurred in August of last year in Hurricane Harbor.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 39-year-old Kirk Jackson pleaded guilty Wednesday to 14 counts of felony invasion of privacy. He was charged last year after a woman at the clinic for a massage discovered what she thought was a video camera hidden under a tissue box cover.
That led to an undercover operation. Authorities found about 140 videos they say were taken of women in the restroom, tanning beds and massage therapy rooms.
Jackson is facing similar charges in St. Louis city and county.
