50 animals removed from Franklin County home

The Humane Society of Missouri is taking care of 50 animals that were taken from a Franklin County Home.
 
Sheriff's Deputies found the animals while responding to a home where a woman had fallen. The Humane Society will care for the cats, rabbits, and birds until the woman can take care of the animals on her own.
 

Amtrak train hits semi in Kirkwood

A collision between and Amtrak train and semi truck in Kirkwood this afternoon.

 

Police say the semi was hit by the train at the intersection of Scott and Leffingwell. No reports of any injuries at this time.

 

Police still do not know what caused the semi to be on the tracks in front of the train.

Police searching for suspect in north county murder

KTRS - St. Louis - St. Louis County Police are leading the search for a murder suspect.
 
Police say John Tevillion, who is also known by the nickname "Birdie", is the suspect in a double shooting in Northwoods. The shootings happened Monday evening around 5 PM. One person was killed another injured. Trevillion was last seen in a 1997 silver Dodge Ram 1500, with Missouri license plate 2YR634.
 
Authorities say he is armed and dangerous. If you have any information on Trevillion’s whereabouts, you are urged to call the St. Louis County Police at 314-889-2341 or 911
