Page reopens after accident
The crash happened at Page and Pennsylvania about 1 o'clock Monday morning. An SUV struck the light pole, knocking it over and into the street.
There's no word on the cause of that crash, or if there were any injuries.
Man charged for role in fatal crash
Forty-one-year-old Robert A. White was charged Friday with first-degree manslaughter, two counts of second-degree assault and three counts of armed criminal action.
Police said White was driving a sport utility vehicle that T-boned another vehicle Thursday. Marcus Dorsey was killed and two passengers were hospitalized.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that White was treated for minor injuries and arrested.
Officials said White had fled the scene of an earlier accident with a St. Louis City License Collector's vehicle. Police said the driver of the city vehicle called 911 and followed the SUV.
The second crash was one or two miles away from the first.

UPDATE: WB I-44 has reopened after two-car crash near Six Flags after accident
All lanes have now reopened along westbound I-44 just past the Allenton/Six Flags exit. The intestate had been closed completely earlier this morning.
Traffic should return to normal quickly.
There's also no word on any injuries or what may have caused the accident.
One dead after wrong-way crash on I-55
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the accident occurred early Saturday when a car headed south in the northbound lanes collided with another car.
The car that headed in the wrong direction caught fire, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The 36-year-old driver of the other car was taken to an area hospital, where he was listed in serious but stable condition.

Vigil held for victim of fatal hit-and-run accident
22-year-old Anthony Connors was found in a ditch a week ago. The Collinsville police were not available for an update today, but previously said they have narrowed their search to a pickup truck from the early 2000's. The vigil was held near the scene of the accident along Route 157 around 1PM.
Woman pulled from Mississippi River after driving her car into the water
Fox 2 reports that the woman drove her car into the river near the Clark Bridge. The deputy saw the woman's car heading straight for the water. He stopped his car and dove into the water to help the driver. Authorities say both the woman and deputy are okay.
Police believe the woman may have been suicidal.
No one hurt after car crashes into Columbia daycare
The Columbia Daily Tribune reports the car ended up several feet inside the business, called Going Bonkers, after hitting a front wall around 10:20 a.m. Friday.
Columbia schools were closed Friday, and officials said about 100 children were inside Going Bonkers. The business has a large indoor playground, arcade and other attractions.
Police were investigating the cause of the crash but say the driver may have had a medical emergency. She and a boy in the car with her were both unhurt.a
Pedestrian very critical after being struck in Baden
Police say the victim, a man in his 50's, was taken to Barnes Jewish Hospital with two broken legs and a head injury.
An accident reconstruction team is investigating.
Police say the driver did stop. It's not known if that driver will face any charges as the investigation is ongoing.
