The Blues have sold their American Hockey League affiliate the Peoria Rivermen to the Vancouver Canucks.

The deal still has to be approved. Outside the announcement of the sale, neither team has released any additional details, but Fox 2 reports any changes are not likely until after the season.

Tom Stillman assumed ownership of the Rivermen when he purchased the Blues last May.
AG Koster sues company over tornado waste dumping
Monday, 01 April 2013 14:25 Published in Local NewsJOPLIN, Mo. (AP) - Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster is suing a southwest Missouri company for allegedly dumping tornado waste from Joplin into an abandoned mine shaft.

Koster on Monday announced the suit against Bryan Weldon and Weldon Contractors and Construction LLC of Joplin. It alleges that Weldon dumped about 100 cubic yards of demolition waste from the 2011 Joplin tornado into an abandoned mine shaft near Neck City in Jasper County.
<br><br>
The suit seeks an injunction against further dumping as well as a civil penalty.
<br><br>
Weldon says he has spent thousands of dollars to clean up the site and he thought the case was resolved. He says he been told by a city official it was OK to place the material at the site.
ST. LOUIS (AP) - For the second time in less than a week an apparently innocent person is injured in a drive-by shooting in St. Louis.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the latest shooting was Sunday. Police say a man from out of town was dropping off his children with a relative when shots were fired from the back of a black car that had slowed down.
<br><br>
Relatives took the victim to a hospital. He was shot in the leg and is expected to recover. Police believe he was an unintended target.
<br><br>
On Thursday, a gunman fired into a crowd, but the bullet struck a 4-year-old girl at a nearby home. She is recovering and the suspected gunman is facing multiple charges.
