One of the keys to the Blues success last season, will not be with the team to start the year.
Goalie Jake Allen was one of seven players cut from the training camp roster and assigned to the team's AHL affiliate. Allen will start in goal for the Wolves, but the Blues have made it clear, they want Allen to be with the team in the near future.
The Blues’ roster now consists of 25 players, but they will have to narrow that number to 23 by September 30.
