St. Louis, MO (KTRS) – The search for a missing St. Genevieve woman moves into a second week.

An Endangered Person Advisory was issued for 52-year-old Lynn Messer. She was last seen July 8 after leaving a family farm. Authorities established checkpoints north and south of the farm to ask for ID from drivers or any sighting of the woman. Volunteers, family members, and other agencies continue the search.

She’s described as standing 5’2″ tall, weighing 150 pounds, with blonde hair, green eyes, and a fair complexion. Messer’s purse, cell phone, and other personal items were left at the home. She has a broken toe and does not have her walking boot with her.

Police say she has a history of depression, and evidence indicates she may be in danger. A tip line has been established for any information leading to Messer’s whereabouts. The public can call 573-883-5820 at extension 27463.
