St. Louis, MO (KTRS) Gift shops and garage sales come together for a large gathering in Forest Park this weekend. On Saturday, the St. Louis Zoo is hosting a garage sale that will feature products from area attractions.
 
Participating attractions include: Cahokia Mounds, Campbell House Museum, Endangered Wolf Center, Eugene Field House & St. Louis Toy Museum, Humane Society of Missouri, The Museum Store Under the Gateway Arch, Saint Louis Art Museum, Saint Louis Zoo, and World Bird Sanctuary.
 
The sale runs from 9 AM to 4 PM at the Zoo's Living World area. Admission is free. 
 
 
 
 
 

Hailey Owens' parents suing her alleged killer

St. Louis, MO (KTRS) - Hailey Owens was abducted and murdered in Springfield, Missouri last month.
 
Now her parents are suing Craig Michael Wood, the man accused of killing young Hailey. Stacey Barfield and Markus Owens filed a wrongful death lawsuit last week. The lawsuit seeks damages to cover the costs connected to Hailey's death as well as punitive damages.
 
Wood has been charged with first degree murder, armed criminal action, and child kidnapping. 
 

St. Louis, MO (KTRS) - Students at Madison High School will be getting a reminder of the consequences of sexting.

 

Assistant Madison County State's Attorney Lauren Heischmidt will speak to students tomorrow about the laws against sending illicit photos. State's Attorney Tom Gibbons says most students are unaware that sending a sexually explicit photo through text or an app, can result in criminal charges.
