St. Louis’ Murder Count Continues To Climb After Violent Night

St. Louis, MO  (KTRS) The St. Louis murder count continues to climb after a violent night in north city.

Police say four people were shot around 1 a.m. Saturday on Union Boulevard near Paulian Place. Three of the victims died and one is hospitalized in critical condition. There’s no word of any arrests or a motive in this case. The names of the deceased victims haven’t been released.

Then at just after 3 a.m. a man was found shot to death along I-70 near West Florissant. The victim’s name hasn’t been released. There’s no word on a motive or of any arrests.

This round of violence comes after five people were killed in three separate shootings on Thursday.

These latest killings brings the St. Louis murder count to at least 75 for the year.
