East St. Louis, IL ( KTRS ) A St. Louis woman has been ordered to spend nearly six years in federal prison for her role in two southern Illinois bank holdups in 2013.

28-year-old Annalise McGhee was sentenced Monday in East St. Louis on two counts of bank robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit bank robbery.

Authorities say McGhee served as Altonio Graves’ getaway driver when that St. Louis man robbed the Laclede Community Credit Union in Alton and a People’s Bank and Trust branch in Altamont.

Shortly after the Altamont holdup, Graves and McGhee were arrested after a police chase that involved speeds exceeding 120 miles per hour.

Graves pleaded guilty in April and is serving a 10-year prison sentence.
