Standard Contest Rules
The following rules cover KTRS-AM contests but may be amended by separate rules for specific contests. For each contest, you must follow instructions and meet eligibility requirements. No purchase necessary. Employees of KTRS-AM, its affiliates, sponsors and ad agencies, other radio stations in the metro area, and each of their immediate family members, are ineligible. Unless otherwise stated, you must be a U.S. resident, 18 or older. Void where prohibited. Due to online streaming delays, online listeners may not be able to participate in on-air contests.
- Individuals can win a contest prize only once every 60 days.
- A duplicate prize can only be won every 6 months.
- A prize valued over $600 can only be won every 6 months.
- Prizes must be picked up in person showing a photo ID.
- Name & address on ID must match with the contest winner sheet.
- Only one winner per household address in a 60 day period.
- Winners must claim their prize in person within 30 days of winning.
Prizes must be claimed at the KTRS-AM business offices, Monday through Friday, between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Prizes are only awarded pending verification of eligibility and are non-transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. KTRS-AM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable. KTRS-AM Radio’s decisions are final. All winners must present a valid government-issued photo ID and information required for tax purposes. Winners must comply with all requirements and complete all releases or forfeit prize. Winners are responsible for all taxes.
KTRS-AM is not responsible for technical difficulties that prevent you from completing a call, sending a text, or for late, lost, stolen, mangled, misdirected, postage due, illegible, or incomplete entries. For text contests, message and data rates may apply; these are your responsibility.
