On December 12th, The Big 550 will be at the Chesterfield Mall hosting the annual Toy Drive from 9 AM till 6 PM. Make sure to stop by, donate a new toy, and say hello to The Big 550 Personalities. 
Mizzou is headed to the SEC Championship Game. The Tigers will be playing in the SEC Championship for the second year in a row, this time against the number 1 team in the country, Alabama. Mizzou will be going into the game ranked 14th in the AP Poll, but coming off a big win as the underdogs against Arkansas to clinch the SEC East 21-14. The 10-2 Tigers will be looking to win their first conference title since 1969. 
Game time is Saturday, December 6th at 3PM from Georgia Dome in Atlanta, and will be televised on CBS.

Turkey Day Game Recap

The 106th annual Turkey Day game between Kirkwood and Webster got off to a quick start at Webster’s Moss Field.  Kirkwood returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown and maintained the momentum the rest of the game.  Webster struggled offensively as quarterback Rob Thompson completed 9 of 25 passes for 137 yards and rushed 10 times for 42 yards.  Kirkwood’s offensive line was key to their success, both in the passing and running game.  Kirkwood put up 27 points to Webster’s 6, which came on a touchdown pass in the fourth quarter.  The series is now 54-45-7 in favor of Webster.

Personality of the Month

Kelly Jackson
Kelly Jackson, an Emmy nominated journalist, started at KSDK in 1998, and has a love affair with St. Louis and its people. She took a short break from her adopted hometown and moved to California to anchor mornings at one of KSDK’s sister stations in Sacramento, but St. Louis kept calling her name. At the beginning of 2014 she teamed up with McGraw in the Morning. When she’s not working, you’ll find her advocating for pets during the week. She loves hanging out with friends, volunteering, traveling and discovering all the fabulosity of St. Louis with her pooch, LaRue.
